Side Effects of Meloxicam - Mobic

Meloxicam - Mobic can cause side effects including digestion problems, head pain, diarrhea, rashes, runny nose and diarrhea. Pregnant women should avoid taking Meloxicam - Mobic during first and second phase of pregnancy because it may result in the closure of two major blood vessels of heart and lung which can cause fetal death birth. these are a large group of drugs which is commonly used drug in the world. It reduces pain and inflammation in muscles and joints.

Like every other drug it also has side effects like stomach ache, headaches, nausea or vomiting, in digestion and gas. Patients are recommended to take MOBIC cautiously with meals or milk to reduce the side effects. MOBIC can also result in severe side effects like stomach or intestine ulcer. It rare cases it may also cause blood clot which may result in heart attack. Meloxicam can also interfere with the kidney function and can damage kidney.

As soon as these side effects occur you may need to consult a doctor. Other side effect also include weakness, pain in different body parts like joints, back, legs etc, itching and rashes, while in rare cases infection in bladder and upper respiratory can be found. Patients who are allergic to aspirin or asthma or rashes should not use Mobic for the treatment, it may cause adverse reactions in body.
